Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled VoIP Dialer and SIP Trunk Specialist to manage and optimize our VoIP and SIP trunking systems for inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dialer systems and a deep understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP trunking, and network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing system performance to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

VoIP and SIP Trunk Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain VoIP and SIP trunking systems to ensure reliable and efficient communication.
• Monitor and manage SIP trunk performance, including bandwidth utilization, call quality, and system health.

Dialer Systems Administration:

• Administer and optimize predictive, preview, and manual dialer systems to maximize efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement dialer strategies to enhance outbound calling performance and customer engagement.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for VoIP and dialer-related issues, including troubleshooting call quality problems, connectivity issues, and system outages.
• Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Analyze system performance metrics, including call volume, success rates, and network performance.
• Generate and present reports on system performance, issues, and improvements to management.

System Optimization and Upgrades:

• Identify and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and integrate new solutions.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to telecommunication systems.

Education:

●       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

●       Proven experience with VoIP technologies, SIP trunking, and dialer systems (predictive, preview, manual).

●       Strong understanding of network protocols, QoS (Quality of Service), and troubleshooting methodologies.

●       Proficiency in using VoIP and dialer system administration tools and software.

●       Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

●       Experience with specific dialer platforms (e.g., Asterisks, FreePBX, Vicidial;VICIBox) is Preferred.

●       Familiarity with SIP, PJSIP, IAOX registration strings integrations and their impact on dialer performance.

●       Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to VoIP systems.

●       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

●       Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
